UIF Application not processed after submitting

On the 3rd of March 2015 I went and submitted my UI19 and all supporting documents. Then I was told the process takes 4-6weeks. Then after those weeks without getting any money, I called to find out what's happening? They don't answer there line, when they finally did, I was told to wait until 30/4/15. Of which I did, and still didn't receive any money. That's when I escaleted the matter to Moeketsi Tsautse whom I got his email address on their website. I communicated with him from the 4/5/2015 and explained my situation, he ask for my ID number and I gave it to him. Then on the 5/5/2015 I asked him for feedback, he rep**** and told me that my work details are not updated but he'll updated me on the 6/5/15 in the morning. Of which he never did, and I've been sending him emails asking him whats happening and I don't get any feedback till this day. When I called the department, some lady answered the phone after trying to call for so any time, she told me Moeketsi is in a meeting and took my numbers so that he can call. But he never did. Even today I tried to call the department since 7:30am till now, no one answers. Can I please be assisted because I did submit my documents
