UIF Application for maternity Never Received

I have app**** for UIF payment Last year in October. And was told that paperwork has been submitted. To wait for 6 weeks for payment to be done. Which is what I did. I then went again cause I never received any payment. Then I was told that my salary was captured incorrectly, they then rectified that. To wait again 10 days. Which is what I did. I then had to go back I still didn't receive anything. Then I was told that the date that I left work was not captured correctly. The mistake was rectified according to me. To wait another 10days. Which is what I did. I then had to go back after 10 days as I never received my payment. Since then I have been taken from pillar to post being told stories about my application not being approved. For what??? Nobody knows. I am very frustrated about this as I don't know what's happening. I have been visiting Randburg labour center almost every month now and to date I still haven't been assisted with this matter. Can someday please please help me as I really really don't know what to do or where to go about this matter Now. The supervisor at Randburg labour center keeps on making empty promises to this day he hasn't delivered any of those.
