Uif application delay

Hi I've submitted a application on the 16th of December I've since been on submit it's been 25 working days already my other colleague's have been approved and paid already. Nobody submitted paper work as the department of education declares us and send out paper work i worked as a teacher assistant at a school and got paid by uif we fell under uif schools. So what's the hold up with my application?
