UIF application

I app**** for my uif last year June 2022 till today their failing to attend my case, I laid complain to their complain department all I received is acknowledgement reply after that 14 days has passed no feedback from them, while I'm the one who is always making follow up,they always saying they will escalate the case it is now 8 months. I am a 42 years old not working, in only depending on that money can anyone advice where should I report this matter?
