Uif application

Useless department, i app**** for my uif 30 Nov 2020 to date i haven't recieved no acknowledgment i call twice a week to no solution, the call centre says there is nothing they can do as they only escalate matters...then i asked for the number or department that is dealing with escalation they made it clear that they are not authorized so basically my complaint end at a dead end. Initially it was meant to take 35 working days...36 working day and counting, still nothing. Department of labour have no sense of respect for people.
