UIF another government ****!!!

Writing this review due to the **** poor service received by yet another useless government department. My final day at my previous job was the last day of September. I app**** online on the 1 October 2025 however the application was declined due to my employer not updating my details on the system yet.

By end of October after confirmation from my previous employer HR department, I had re-submitted all documents correctly online and received feedback by mid November 2025 saying that my documents are with the relevant department and I will received feedback shortly.

It is now 21 January 2026. I have made well over 20 calls or more trying to follow up on my UIF claim only to be told that they will escalate and I need to wait 15-20 days.

I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW MY APPLICATION HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED WHEN I HAVE ALL THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS!!!! This is absolutely mindblowing that everyone is clueless. The UIF office says they can see all of my documents are in order but I need to wait 15-20 days. The labour centre when I call in wants to transfer me to the UIF office. What is going on!!!

Is this a **** to ignore indivuals till they lose hope while these UIF officers and assessors pocket the money. I am ****ing tired and I want answers!!!!!!

Contacting our MEC of labour gives an error saying unable to deliver due to her mail box being full!!! The compliants department has done nothing as well. This country is truly a joke!!!!
