UIF and COID(WCA) department

Hello, I am from Pietermaritzburg please can anyone help me, there is a few of us who didn't receive our UIF payments for June 2022, we really need this money and I am disabled, we are dependent on this money to survive, every time we phone you cannot get through, or phones always busy, and when you get through the excuse nou for almost a month is that their systems are offline

My next complaint is the COID WCA department, everytime we querry regarding my claim they tell me it will take 3 months, this is from December 2021 and everytime we phone they have excuses or tell me I have to wait 3 months again. I phoned them on Monday 13 June 2022 and they told me there is something I have to go and do, but I need to follow up with the person who handled my application, the problem is the guy who helped me is always on leave and never available, they also don't return any phone calls. How must I survive as I am medically boarded from work? I was the only bread winner in the house. Please I am at begging point. What must I do now, I have bills any everything to pay aswell.
