UIF ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC GOVERNMENT DEPT

Signed up for uif , First payment was fine paid on the 07 Feb received on the 12 Feb in bank acc, was told to sign after 15 days, payment has not been processed, spoke to four different people at the call center lady no 1 said she will print and have it processed and must check in 6 days, called again no payment processed , Sydney Ndhima requested bank statements and never heard from him again, spoke to Morgan said he would relay the message, which he did not do, then spoke to Kenneth, who advised I will not get paid due to me being paid and signing in the same month. He advises I must check in 10 days time, spoke to Morgan again who said I must check in 6 days time and you sign after every 28 days. Do these people even know what they doing, asked for supervisor/ manager, all advised not available . So do you sign on 15 or 28 days after payment. Absolutely pathetic government department to deal with. Train your staff properly , you are dealing with people that have been unemployed show some mercy 'you might be one of us one day
