Uif

Uif is just the worst ! I have submitted my claim in November the 6th and till this day I call to find out wats happening with my claim I was told it takes 20 to 35 working days which long over due I spoke to over 20 consultants with the same story it's at the assessors let me escalate it for you it's been escalated over 5 times ,I spoke to a consultant Leroy I asked for a manager he dropped the call in my ear with still no feed back I then called back and spoke to Neo who said that her team leader kwiato will definitely call me back and till this moment I am waiting on that call ,I mean that's our money ,I app**** for maternity benefits which was supposed to be paid out already im already back at work still waiting for my Uif money it's just so frastrating
