Uif.. a way to be ****** leagaley

After submitting a claim, all documentation in order ...first time claiming after 20 years paying into uif ..and i get a message via sms ..".your claim has been rejected ".. no reason to why . Cant get an answer out of them to why , and after sending a heap of emails and phone calls when the do eventually go through .
