UIF a great disappointment just like the governing party.

The UIF is a complete joke. It's either they do no have funds or they just bluntly employed *********** people. I have been submitting the same documents over and over again for my maternity claim. I have concluded that this is a delay tectic. Its been 5 months since I started the process, I haven't recieved any positive outcome ever. The call centre is also complete ****, they will put you on hold for a good 15min, and then redirect you to customer survey. One never gets any assistance, wether you go directly to the offices or via the call center. Very disappointing service. Rather not waste the little money you have contacting them, it's better you buy bread with that money than traveling to the UIF office or calling their customer service center. 😡😡
