uif

i made a claim to the uif offices in november 2022 , i am still waiting , not once during that time was i contacted regarding my claims progress. 6 months later i am still waiting. when i log on the online portal, my status has been on "complete by assessor" since March 2023. i resubmitted my applicaton on the 4th of April and ia have sent themmultiple emails with my documents that they requested in November last year. Maybe this review will put a fire under them, i am frustrated because i worked so hard n now that i need my insurance that i have been paying for , i must beg like a dog. i need that money as in yesterday
