It's been more than a year and 7months since I app**** for unemployment via the UIF portal. I called in hundreds of times to confirm that all documentation is in order, and I was told yes. I then called again last week and up till now, not a single cent has been paid out. I was assured that this would take place months ago but nothing. Government staff really doesn't care about anyone but them selves. Every time I call, a new excuse is given. I had it with Labour department and there staff. They are all lies that comes out of their mouths.
