UIF - 3 years still no payment

Mom been waiting 3 years for her uif ............ recently approved which was just a Miricale, now if we phone them only thing they can say is its with our paymaster you'll be paid within 2 weeks. Week 3 still nothing, call uif they just say they dont know cause their system doesn't update them with when paymaster makes payment, this department is a joke. No one we can call or escalate too, just hide behind a service desk playing stupid. Going to update this weekly till they pay
