UIF

Good day November 2018 i apply for the first time in 42 years for UIF at the secunda Mpumalanga office .Unemployed for long time they told me to come on 18 Dec 2018 to sign when i got there they said i am not on system must come back on 21 Dec 2018 i go there still not on system i whent back on 4 Jan 2019 they said sorry still not on the system .I need accistants with this please cant go on like this
