UIF *****!

I have been waiting since the 1st March 2023 for my UIF claim after submitting via the Ufiling platform. After numerous emails, calls and even visiting the UIF department in Maponya Mall, speaking to an inspector, I still have not received my payment. I keep getting the same excuse that my claim has been escalated. It's been 6 months without an income and UIF Department could care less. They do not respond to emails, complaints and they are gravely ***********. This is unacceptable and daylight ******* to a fund that I have contributed towards. I guess this is the government and the country we live in! Pathetic to say the least!!!
