UIF

Hi.. I have been unemployed 3 months now I app**** for my UIF benefits and I still haven’t received a cent yet.. I app**** online on the 8th of May, I did a follow up a week later via email, I did receive a reply and I was asked to send my UI19 and Salary schedule from the company I worked for .. I did. Weeks later I send another email to find out if all was still in Oder only to find out that the will respond and ask me to send UI19 and Salary schedule from the company I work for before the last company I had lost my job with.. I did send that this was on the 06th of June now. I’ve been following up every week and was told the same story every time that my application is not back from the assessor. Today I spent 45 minutes on the phone with UIF consultant and I was told my application was decline because I sent 2 UI19 ..? But I have emails sent to me requesting these two ui19?? How is it my fault now I asked.. and she made me wait for another 10 minutes came back and said her team leader can’t come to the phone but I must go check with Labour department they will give me the answers I need. How am I suppose to survive? I have a child who’s a month behind with school fees and my rent in due on the first I’ve Exhausted all my savings this is the money I’m hoping will assist me till I get another job .. what do I do ?? I’ve been contributing to UIF every month all the years I’ve worked how fair is it now that you have to play your part I have to go through this? 🥺 💔
