UI19 Excuse for Poor Service

<p>I app**** for Uif on 30/03/2017 and documents were approved as complete and giving a date 02/05/2017. On 02/05/2017 I arrived to sign and was told that as per system the UI19 is outstanding. I asked the clerk to check I did submit the UI19..The clerk found it on their system and confirm to log a query and must return on the 11 or 12/05/2017. I arrived on 12/05/2017 and the file was not yet approved and was told another query will logged. Please assist. My ID number is ********** 075089. No one even called the team to resolve the query.</p>
