U Filing - We DO NOT work for you!!

What do to when you want to do the right thing by completing declarations and submitting UIF contribution payments??? The Call Centre DOES NOT answer their phones. EMails go UNANSWERED. Records on the new UFiling site are NOT ACCURATE. The only option I now have is to pay my contribution into a Savings Account until such time as they get their act together. And who suffers? The people who are supposed to benefit through claims - DISGUSTED! I just wish there was a way of escalating this to the right person, but like all Government Departments ... there is NO escalation route
