Ufilling system of labour department is not working period.

The new online self service system is worse like a grade R website and USSD. I did a repayment on the 3th of July and today 11/8/23. I haven't received nothing. I have escalated it three times and they still taking it as a joke. Ufilling is another government wasted money project that is not assist the public. And when you querying with the call center ,is taken lightly like is nothing on there end.
