Ufilling (Labour department)

Poor poor service I'm experiencing with you ufilling department if you can call it department. I made a UIF claim 12 months ago. Every month I make a call to check how far is my application I will be told it went for processing till today. Yesterday 13/05 the consultant told me there is no updates. Firstly I call with cellphone,, consultant will make me wait or hold for 15 minutes, when she or he comes my application still went for processing. I once ask the consultant why is the application on processing every month,it doesn't change status to something else, it was on the 6th.month by then. She just told me there is back lock I must be happy is still 6 months others have waited a year already. And around February their manager was at 702 telling the public that they have pushed all the applications to the best of their ability and there's only less than 100 applications left and they dealing with them. To suprise I'm still waiting and is heading 12 months know, still application went for processing, and is know no updates. I don't know if I will ever get payment or must I give up on my money. Please tell me.
