Ufilling Illness benefit claim

I initially app**** for my illness benefit claim in May 2019 via ufilling but all requested documents were submitted by end of August but to date my claim has not been approved I called the call centre on numerous occasions all I'm being told is to wait. Please assist in resolving my claim its been on the system for long I'm really frustrated to say the least
