Ufiling web site - employer declarations still missing after web site migration

The UIF migrated their website to a new one earlier this year and in the process lost most of my UIF declarations as an employer. They don't allow me to make contributions until the missing declarations are restored. They don't react to my emails and they don't answer their phones within a reasonable time. In the press they said that all issues will be resolved by middle of July. This has still not happened.
