UFILING UPGRADE FAILED

What s going on with Ufiling ?? a mess - I am a domestic employer and the data they have for the employee is my information for my workplace ??? in other words I am the employee now , where has my employee data gone? I do not owe them any money either as I was totally up todate when they " upgraded " their website. No response to my email of 04/05/2019
