UFILING unable to register

"Your registration has been locked." when trying to register. Which means, since I cannot register, their database will not have my registration information, which means when the call center asks for your username and says they'll escalate it to the IT department, they can't actually do that, they're misinformed and as there is no process to solve it, we're all sitting ducks.

I have asked to be directed to the IT department to find out from them directly what's going on, but it appears their IT department is unable to speak to citizens themselves.

Speculating here, based on how the error message is received, it's been coded into the registration form on ufiling to prevent registrations, what I wonder is prevent registration under which conditions ?

Either the IT department has made a mess of their code, or their code is working perfectly fine and someone higher up has told them to block registrations.

I will add that 3/4 call center agents I've spoken to were well mannered, helpful, spirited and did assist me with the issues I called with. Although one agent did put the phone down after mumbling hello !?

It just seems that there are certain issues they cannot help with themselves, and because of poor protocol regarding escalation of issues out of their hands, problems stack up and they call centers end up with exponentially more queries due to previously unresolved problems. *cough* their IT.

The 2 stars would be 3 were it not for their IT issues, it would be more than three were not so many people encountering the same issues over a period of months.
