uFiling System Issues

I have been a domestic employer on the ufiling system since its inception. The system changed at the beginning of the current tax year, i.e. March 2019, without any warning to its users. I am unable to process my declarations and the history that is presented to me is incorrect. Telephonic contact is impossible. They are either 'off-line' until some specified time, or I hold on until my hearing cannot take the 'music' any longer. Today I gave up after 42 minutes! I have also tried email. Sent them a full list of issues without response. I am now 3 months behind in payments and at my wits end.
