Ufiling registration

I have been trying to register online to submit my uif claim, however the system keeps saying I’m locked out. I have contacted the contact centre numerous times via email and phone to get this sorted and submit my documents. Every time they say the issue has been resolved, I try registering again, it says I’m locked out. I’ve submitted my documents that they need. But the issue is yet to be resolved. I’m on bed rest and highly pregnant and need to submit these documents urgently but I’m not getting any help it is frustrating
