Ufiling POOR service

Ufiling .... worst service experienced ever. I submitted a maternity benefit claim . Each time I call I need to hold for 20 to 30 mins before my call is answered. I have submitted all documents requested more than once. However each time I call I'm told documents are still MISSING !!!!!!!!!!!!. ...... Call centre agents are not efficient are there jobs ..... Each agent gives you different / incorrect feedback ...... my advice is please go stand in the long lines at department of labour .... It will definitely be less stressful then dealing with Ufiling ....
