Ufiling payment status

I have since claimed UIF using ufiling on the 18th of June 2021,I haven't received the money yet.The status on ufiling said "sent to paymaster ".I made a call to their call center and the lady by the name of Keitumetse said I must be patient,give it 7 to 10 working days the money will be paid into my account. I am still waiting. I have also checked other people who claimed and they made comments on Uif Facebook page complaining about payments.We dont know what's the problem and no one is telling us anything. We are unemployed and we really need that money.I am not impressed with their service
