Ufiling. I cannot create an account.

I was blocked for failing one vetting question and cannot complete my online registration. I have sent about 10 emails and called the contact centre about 30 times and they do not want to assist me. Every time I have called them they say they are escalating the matter, it has been 5 weeks now with no results. It does not take that long to unlock an account I don't understand why they do not want to assist me.
