Ufiling has made me homeless

I have filed a claim in October for an illness benefit to be paid. I had someone from ufiling on the phone with me to complete the process and ensure that all documents are filled in and correct. After the person on the phone confirmed that everything is correct and received, I was told that it would go to the assessment team and I would get an email or sms once the next step is ready. After weeks I called back and was still told it was with the assessment team. I have then called every week to be told the same story. I do not get emails, or sms or an update through the ufiling portal. I have to call each time. And now, after 7 months, after having been made homeless for having not paid rent, after calling every week, I have still not received anything more than being sent in various loops. No one seems to be wanting to actually help a person and there is no one that takes accountability or to complain or escalate to.
