Ufiling for payment of benefits

I used the Ufiling system to apply for my maternity benefits thinking it would be convenient and that turned out to be a big mistake, the system is down 90% of the time meaning you can’t login to apply for benefits or track existing applications. I app**** for November continuation of benefits on the 14/12/18 and today as I right the review it’s the 08/01/19 and benefits have NOT yet been paid for the November month. I would strongly advise anyone against applying via the Ufiling system
