Ufiling does not exist!!! Pay when they have funds or feel like it

Again, first i struggled endlessly with my wife's medical uif claim. Now mine as well. I was retrenched october 2019. Received uif payment end november 2019. Since then, nothing. I have emailed numerous times, call centre does not exist. Now, apparently power problems and you cannot reached them by phone or email. Excuses keeps on coming!!! No feedback whatsoever from them. Nobody in my household is employed, need that money to live!!!
