Ufiling disappointed me

I app**** for maternity benefits on Feb 2021 online even today I haven't received my benefits,and July I app**** for unemployment benefits online and it seems to be the same story,I haven't received any communication from them and when I call the agents keep on giving me false hope and everyday its a different story.I don't understand why is the government would create a platform that would be a waste of time to the people who are in need of their services. I tried sending complains to their department and I haven't received any feedback as well.The government is really making us fools.
