ufiling delay in turn around time

I've been doing ufiling every month to get my payments. DoL promises to make payments within 7 to 10 days but they don't keep their promise. If I phone their call center, I hold for 30 minutes with no answer. It's been 11 days now and I can't get through to the consultant. Department of labour don't get things done timeously. Everything you do via this department, u need to contact top management before your case get attended to. What are these people employed to do?????? Their service SUCKS!!!!!
