UFiling continuation of payment

UFiling service is BAD. I have been applying for continuation of payment since from last year October. I wonder if the employees get training because they work together they use the same system but they tell you different stories. Others because they don't want to work they will tell you that their systems are down. I have been sending documents, I even went to their offices but still I am told to submit supporting documents. They say on the form, I must select YES I did not give birth then send a child's birth certificate, when I call I am told I was supposed to select No. I did all of that but still. On the 15th of Jan I called, this other lady said I will receive the payment within 3 working days, I still have not received anything.
