Ufiling a load of BS

This online applications is a load of ****! I submitted my claim on 24 May 2021 and to date have not received any feedback. I eventually went to the labour offices yesterday only to be told that they require an additional document which the online platform does not ask for. Why have an online platform if they do not communicate if they require additional documentation. People do not waste your airtime and emails, go into the offices instead as the call centre is a complete waste of time as well.
