U-filing: no payments

On 22/1/2015 a claim for un-employment / pension benefits were lodged on the u-filing platform, this was acknowledged with an e-mailing stating that the claim will be finalised within 35 days! On 17/2/2015 a continuation of benefits / request for payment was lodged on u-filing. On 19/2/15 a status of \payment done"appeared on the u-filing system. This payment was never received and an appeal was logged on 26/3/15. On the 13/4/15"
