U-filing looks great in Theory, but not real life

U-filing systems is absolute garbage and needs to be replaced with a better system. I have app**** for my benefits in February 2022 and it’s now October 2022 and am still waiting for payment. The call centre is a waste of time too. There is a queue system but they can’t tell which number my application is on???? Make it make sense because it’s not making sense
