Trying to PAY IN to UIF for care giver fail

UIF gives impossible system for people trying to comply with paying into system. My 90 year old mother employs a care giver . For this she has to contribute to the UIF fund . She has recently tried on the website with only failure , and then paid direct from ABSA account with proof of payment supp**** . UIF refuses to acknowledge receipt even though references are correct. They simply give my disabled 90 year old mother a digital run around which are impossible for a young person , let alone a 90 year old ...
