Trying to claim since March 2015

<p>No luck with these people since March 2015. Everytime a new story :(. Now they say my application was declined because I claimed before I finished working. DUH How is that possible. I claimed after receiving my UI19 = finished working. Bad Service and the ne does not know what the other is doing.</p> <p>They have NO clue how to do their work. :0</p>
