Treating us like dogs

I have a claim since January 2022 for maternity benefit the claim was completed by assessor in July i keep calling every day but they dont have feedback for me labour department treats us like dogs we have to beg for them to pay money which we worked hard for this is so sad. A new mother goes through a lot we dont need the stress.
