Treating people like trash

I am very furiuos with the service received from this department. I've been sent from pillar to post regarding the second claim payment I lodged. I was told that the money was processed and released on the 17 May 23 by Lesego( team leader) Gibson and Sande. To date nothing has been received. It's a been a full month without getting any clear explanation as what really transpired. What upsets me that Lesego who is the team leader is now playing hide and seek, she doesn't have any decency to return my calls instead she tells her agents to inform me that she is in a meeting. The department of labour is making a mock of poor people like us expecting us to call every day with the money we don't have. Money was taken from my salary every month without fail and now I have to be a pain and ask where my money is. The 15 days verification has lapsed we are heading for the second month and they treat us like clowns because they have food and can provide for their families.
