TOTAL INCOMPETENCE DOE

This has to be the very worst Department in SA Made application some 6 weeks ago to be registered as Electrical Contractor so that I could practice and earn some income in these hard time. My application could not be dealt with in George so I compiled and certified all documents and send via courier my applucation to Tina Magibili Got response that address on lease was wrong rep**** immediatly stating address is where we came from page three underlined is cireect address. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED. Got hold of her boss Lulu Mtati she immediatly issued instruction to Tina to exoedite application.. Now another 4 weeks later still no respinse. Phoned the following numbers. ***; ***; ***; ***; ***; ***; ***; ***; ***. All of these numbers ring but not one single call is answered. This country is so messed up and the people at the various departments are simply not responding by answering their call and doing theirs jobs. Incidently we the people pay their salaries but they treat us like *******. I am 69 years old and desperately need this registration in order to be able to work and earn a living
