Toilets are not working properly and they are closing now at 9 am

Mamelodi Tshwane Municipality. The employees of Labour department don’t really want to work we’ve been here since 5am queuing outside waiting patiently for them to open at 8am, when they came they were dragging their feet knowing that they want to know off.. I’ve been here several times if it’s not water then it’s electricity they have come here to gossip and sip coffee now they they told us that they will knock off at 9:30am.. these a lot of unemployed individuals that are job seeking and I’m one of them we can step in if they don’t want to work. I’ve never been so disrespected by a security guard who just takes out forms and submit them to the relevant labour consult she told me that she will see if she can take my forms or not I fail to understand her job description because wow her attitude is from hell it is stinking and she did not have a name tag. They are all full of BS they don’t care about other people and it is money that we don’t have to come here almost everyday.. we are unemployed for heaven sakes🚮🚮🚮🚮 ******* of a department
