Time wasted

I am completely frustrated and furious I have been struggling since December and finally got to submit my documents.

I have been following up with no response only to call the contact centre and for them to advise me that I need to go to the centre to submit my documents because online is not working???? How does this work? No communications whatsoever this is so disappointing.
