Finally when the department opened the security was directing people to the different ques or place to stand. When it came to my turn I told him I'm there for proof indicating that I'm not currently working. I was told by him that will only be done between 2 and 3 in the afternoon,so I was turned away. Light of complexion hefty guy. This is inconvenient for me to come at that time and also interfering with other commitments. I would like to know why I can't be helped in the morning and where in the rules,regulations and Acts it states this is how Labour departments operates.
