This money i got is too little

Good day all

Please find attached and assist with the following queries

I want to find out how is the claim calculated because the money i received as the 1st payment is not even closed to my salary or basic i used to get.I do believe my first payment must be at least a bit more because when applying officials told me i have R34000.00 in total but he is not sure how much i will get. as the first payment.

I am worried because for the past 7 years i have been contributing UIF and my basic salary was 9500 at G4S secure before being fired the problem is the moneyi got paid by UIF paid me is not enough to support my family and pay my debts in the meantime while i am looking for another work i know this is not the lum sum but i cant even solve my problems.I only got 3900 as the first payment. help me and find attached pay slip. I tried to phone but the phone was not answered over 30 minutes because of high calls volume.
