this is a disappointing experience.

This is such a disappoint, I submitted a payout request on the 15th of November already and no progress has been made with my request and what makes it worst is that once where status changes I am required to wait 7 - 14 working days, this department needs to do better.

I've even been sending emails and all I receive is automated responses, I called today and a Agent advised I should wait until tomorrow with no solid resolution or reason as to why its taking this long.

My previous payouts were processed within less 2 weeks.
