Think twice before engaging

I have requested call back or some assistance. It has been more than the stipulated TAT as promised. All I want is an update and status of request. There is no contact number and no response to requests. If I had known doing business with them would be such a hassle I would have not engaged. Very poor customer service just alot of automated communication but no real service
